Great location - fab hotel
Very warm welcome, spacious, clean and bright entrance. Lovely fireplace near the entrance. Received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival to a room overlooking the marina - gorgeous view to wake up to. Room very spacious and great options for hot drinks. Bed very comfortable, shower hot and different water jet options, breakfast was really tasty - loved having my omelette cooked fresh and to my liking. Will definitely return and have already recommended to friends and family.

Check in was 3pm I use your hotels for comfort and a nice service. Was told when I arrived at 4.45 that my room was not ready. I made them aware I have work to do as I travelled on business. Finally got in my room at 6.10 pm was really behind on my work and ended up having food delivered to my room
