The elevator was not working, which honestly was not a big deal. Then we discovered that our room’s deadbolt wouldn’t work so I requested a room change. Which we were granted. The room was not super clean but the beds were comfortable. The pool had a lock on it so I assumed it was closed. Later found out that you just had to ask to have lock opened? Not sure why. Also the hot tub appeared to be empty and had caution tape all around it.

The hospitality was next to none! The lady at the service desk and the lady making breakfast were awesome! However, the beds in our room were terrible. They looked like they were about to fold in half. The had a terrible dip in the middle all the way across. Not comfortable at all. They definitely need to upgrade them.

The hot tub was broken and the pool closed. There was no soap near the sink to wash your hands when you went to the bathroom. I asked the desk clerk for some soap and her response was “ it hasn’t been shipped yet, it will be shipped tomorrow “. Was there a whole hotel of people not washing their hands after using the bathroom? She gave me a body wash to put by the sink. Not quite up to my expectations of holiday inn express.
