I’d say the only things I didn’t like is that they ran out of food and the rooms are way too dark no main light in the rooms just a desk lamp, corner lamp and two bed side lamps. Would be nice if they have a room light

Damp and tired
The room smelt very damp and musty and was very tired and poorly maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful and even put fridge in my room. But when I asked them if they could smell the damp they said no. So I didn't change room. I wish I had as I didn't sleep at all as a result. The major downside of using a site like hotels.com is that getting a refund or refusing to pay in these circumstances is virtually impossible.

Nice room, however there was a lound knocking/pounding noise consistently throughout the night which kept me awake. Doors bang closed. Needs to be updated a bit.

Tired hotel. 3rd stay in 4 months ,booked 2 rooms and moved rooms twice. Needs updating. Only one towel per room apparently company policy. Got extra towel at reception. Breakfast/bar staff good.
