The room stank terribly, doors were very noisey, room is old and in need full refurbishment. No ventilation for shower, had to open awning window to let steam out. Very little privacy through bathroom window when light on. Bed and pillows stained.

This property was centrally located and within walking distance to everything we needed. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Check in staff friendly.Despite the double glazing you can still hear the trains- this didn’t bother me and I would stay again but if you are a light sleeper it may be an issue. Will stay again

The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed there were bits of good and crumbs all over the lounge and surrounding floor and muddy footprints over the bathroom floor
