It was certainly old but it served its purpose well and truly- (head down for a peaceful sleep). Check in was quick and cheerful and loved the secured parking for free - Bed was great, aircon was great 43deg - rooms just need updating however this will increase price I daresay. Host was friendly and welcoming - exactly the right person for the job.

Construction started 6am behind my bedroom wall. There was no day-time human check-in. There was no ID check upon check-in at all. It was clear from the room next door's entrance that this property does long-term tennants, and that level of noise / culture was a bit of a shock and suprise for a Wotif property.

This hotel is convenient to Bondi Beach shops and cafes but the property is a little run down and in need of renovation. Our room was fine, and the bed was comfortable, but the shower tiles were very grimy, as if no one had cleaned them for a long time.
