Time to make lasting memories at Marine Key Manor, a charming 5-bedroom home in Syracuse, backing up to your very own channel on Lake Wawasee! A full kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, 5 bedrooms, a 10-seat dining table, and oversized couch & loveseat offer plenty of space for you and loved ones to gather or spread out!

The Space:
The Manor has a dedicated pier where you can park your own or rented boat. Boat launch is just across the channel from our pier. High-end kitchen amenities let you make fresh espresso in the morning and hearty home-cooked meals at night. All bathrooms include private access off bedrooms, and you will find smart TVs in all 5 bedrooms. Outdoor patio offers seating for 10+, a fire pit, a charcoal grill, and lovely views of the channel.

Winter Family Getaway
Enjoyed 2 weeks of Family time snuggled in during subzero temps and snowstorms. Plenty of space for games, eating, movie nights and napping. Comfortable beds, lots of TV’s and a well-appointed kitchen also made for the perfect stay. Neighborhood is peaceful and private and hostess is extra responsive.

Everything was great for our family of six adults and four children ages 11-13. Plenty of room and the layout of the house allowed us to spend a lot of time together. Everything we needed for cooking meals was there and the house was clean and comfortable. We would definately stay there again if we need a place in that area.

Just Perfect!
A group of 4 friends stayed 2 nights. The house was perfect. Very clean, kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and dishes. Two in our group used the espresso machine multiple times. Nice big sofa for watching movies. Large dining room table for playing games. We hope to come back again in warm weather to enjoy the outdoor space. Thank you for sharing with us.

Home was just as it was pictured. Plenty of space for 6 adults to gather but also have their own bedrooms and bathrooms. Owner was great to work with and very responsive. Would recommend to others and would stay there again.

Perfect Getaway to Lake Wawasee!
We had 8 adults and 6 kids under the age of 4 traveling to Lake Wawasee for the Labor Day Weekend and it was the perfect rental. Plenty of space for our large group and all the essentials we needed. Beds were comfy, fire pit was great and it was right on a channel into the Lake. We had a mishap getting locked out of the garage and the renter was very understanding and traveled out of their way to bring us the key. Heads up that there is not a dishwasher, but all other amenities were great!

Great family get away
We enjoyed the house for a family getaway and wedding in the area. We had everything we needed. The rooms are huge and plenty of bathrooms. Lots of room for the family to spread out. The main floor bedroom was great for older folks that couldn’t do the stairs. Access to the lake from the canal dock was easy. Host was helpful when we had one minor hiccup. Thanks for a great time!

Great Lake getaway
Three generations stayed here (total of 9 of us) with plenty of room to spread out. We loved having the dock and launch area! We brought our pontoon and enjoyed Lake Wawasee. The outside area with the grill and fire-pit was awesome too! Overall a Great Lake house!

Wawassee Home
This is a beautiful and clean home with pier access on a channel to Lake Wawassee. I would recommend this to anyone looking for this area. Zero complaints!
