The customer service at this hotel was EXCELLENT. Our partial ocean view room was spacious, very comfortable, and very clean. The terrace was lovely. The pools and the beach were beautiful. We enjoyed very tasty and varied options at the breakfast and dinner buffets. A special “shout out” to hostess Wiam who was an entirely charming ambassador to the hotel! : )

The hotel’s elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.
