Brand New Studio -Walking distance to FSU/Doak Stadium

Brand New Studio Apartment. Completely redone in April of 2022. Easy half mile walk (10-15 mins) to Doak Campbell Stadium/FSU/College Town. FAMU is only 2.5 miles away. Florida State Capitol is only 1.8 miles away.
Our studio is approximately 500 square feet. The bedroom has a brand new queen mattress and box spring. There is plenty of closet space and hangers. Love seat converts into a full sized bed. Memory foam mattress for extra comfort. The living room has a big screen smart TV and free WIFI. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, and glasses. There is a brand new GE convection toaster oven. BBQ on patio. Towels for the shower and the pool.
Guests will have private access to the studio unit and it will not be shared with any other guests. The upper level is a separate private residence with no access. Large community pool directly behind our unit. There is a community beach volleyball court.
24 hours prior to check in guests will be provided their own code to access the property.
There will be one parking pass provided which will allow you to park in a guest spot within the community.
Military and First Responder discount is available during non-peak dates.

Great location for walkable access to FSU campus. Unit was clean and had everything you could need for a weekend stay.. The bathroom is awesome with a huge shower and fancy light-up mirror. Our family of 4 was very comfortable there for the weekend to see a FSU game.

Neat Nole Nest
The studio was just what I needed for a quick trip to Tallahassee to drop my son off at FSU. It’s fantastically close to campus. It was very clean and comfortable, and always quite lovely inside. We had an issue but the owner was very communicative and understanding and corrected it as soon as he could. It’s very central to all the restaurants and downtown area. The neighborhood itself was unassuming so that when we opened the door to the studio we were more than pleasantly surprised. It was myself and 3 large teenage boys for a night, and then just myself and 2 boys for a few nights after that. We all enjoyed it

Excellent Property & Stay
The perfect place for either a weekend FSU event or a longer stay. We were in town for a week to visit family. Communication was timely and accurate from the time we booked. The property lived up to our expectations and was perfect for our needs. We will be in Tallahassee more frequently now and we are thrilled that we will not need to research places anymore as long as there is availability to stay at this beautiful location.
