There was a ticking or banging noise coming from inside the walls that was pretty loud in our room. I called down to the front desk twice trying to get this addressed and no one answered the phone either time. We were only there for the night do we toughed it out but it was a poor night of sleep as a result even with earplugs. Except for that issue the room was clean and comfortable.

It’s close to ISU which is why I was here for my daughter, the pool was chilly at first but amazing, room was great! Breakfast was pretty good. Loved that the room provided good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I like the check out being at noon.

Every person we encountered was professional and nice. Breakfast was excellent, beds were comfortable and room was clean. Complimentary cookies and water at check in made my kiddos night! Would highly recommend.

We chose this hotel because it listed that it had an electric vehicle charger. It did not!! It also changed for parking, which was not in the listing and it is out of the downtown. Our”suite “ was so small you could barely walk on each side of the bed! No lotioin was provided, and upon asking we were told not available. The toiletries were severely lacking. The only redeeming thing was the breakfast.
