You put my two sons and me in a hotel whose condition was far below any other hotel we saw in India. My son, who is an Army doctor formerly deployed in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait, was appalled by its filth and lack of facilities. Then, you sent me a form that gave no option other than I did or did not change MY plans. We changed our plans because you gave us an unacceptable accommodation!. Remove this hotel from your listing.
