Our weekend getaway
My husband and I started vacationing at the Baymont 10 years ago for our weekend getaway but this was our last time staying there, I made reservations and asked for a room on the lowest floor possible because I recently had knee surgery and stairs was not an option for me, I also asked to be let known if this could not be accommodated so I could make other arrangements, well I was not let known, and when I asked about a lower floor I was told that there wasn’t any plus I paid in advance. I was put on the second floor and had to climb 2 flight of stairs in the rain to get to room 413, and to top that off the heat did not work and when we asked for at least a heater we were given 2 blankets, I’m a diabetic and was cold most of the night, couldn’t even take a shower, finally fell asleep around 4:30 am and was out of there as soon as we woke up. I don’t know how blankets was going to heat up the room but I do know that after vacationing at Baymont for the past 10 years this was our final and last time staying there
