The property was hard to find because there is no lit signage and very limited signage. It is in what seems like a sketchy area when pulling in a night. Issues with accessibility. You cannot get to the main reception desk without having to drag all of your luggage up or down stairs. The elevator doesn't go to the main floor where the reception desk and breakfast room is. I was almost tempted to leave and find another hotel. The room is great, but lack of carpet or even a rug not practical for comfort in a Northern climate in winter. Probably easier for cleaning, but not as comfortable.

Will be back
Great location, easy to get pretty much anywhere with a car. Really comfortable beds. Continental breakfast is fine but nothing special. Could use a little more shelving/counter space in the bathroom. Will stay here again next time I visit Thunder Bay.
