Yes the rooms are small. But they have everything you need and we didn’t stay in the room during the day anyway. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. Lots of dining and activity options around the hotel and conveniently close to several train stations.

Great place to stay, The only problem I had was not being able to cool the room, was very hot and stuffy. As they have centralised A/C and in winter is set to heating which you can’t control from the room, even ant 16 Celcius it was far too warm. Other than that was a fantastic place to stay!

Nice establishment. Did not know I was staying in the red light district but overall I did not notice anything bad about the location. I would see the occasional escort come to the location with their client early in the morning before breakfast. Clean and quiet overall.

First time staying in an APA hotel while in Tokyo. The size of the room is typical for a Tokyo hotel but the bed size was great and the fact that they make it tall in order to store luggage under saves space. This location was perfect because it’s about a 15min walk to shinjuku station or if you don’t want to deal with the crowdedness of that station walk 10mins to the shin okubo station. Two konbini’s a block away helps. Overall great stay
