we absolutely loved our stay at the Tourist. check in was easy, and the staff was so friendly and accomodating. we were a group of 4 friends and booked the connecting rooms. we had the perfect amount of space for 4 adults and luggage. the bathrooms were quite spacious and very clean. the area was great for us! about an 8 minute walk from akihabara station, with multiple convenience stores nearby. great access to the rest of tokyo and plenty to do, shop, and eat nearby! akihabara is a busy and lively area but the hotel is nesteled just a 10 minute walk from the action providing a quiet hotel experience. the free coffee in the morning is a cherry on top! honestly a great hotel and we would definitely stay here again!

Very nice staff and cleaning every 3 days where conditioner, shampoo, body wash, hand and body towels, trash, comforters and sheets are replaced. They also restock the fridge with water which is very nice. Also very nice it’s included with a washer dryer (which you have to pay for but it’s not bad).

I appreciated the fact that we could leave our luggage there prior to check in and after checking out. Staff was very helpful and spoke English well. You will pay the tax upon check in. There is a set breakfast to choose from. The room was very clean with enough room to accommodate 4 people comfortably. Family Mart is just outside and the hotel was walking distance to the main part of Akihabara. Great stay here.
