Great hotel! Well designed. Great pool, gym is small but super versatile. Everything is brand new. Staff are excellent and very kind. Breakfast was delicious! Looking forward to staying here again.

The hotel staff, facilities, and cleanliness at Avid were absolutely fantastic! All staff encountered were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Room and bathroom were clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Loved the generous Dove brand toiletries! The hotel is in a pretty deserted industrial area, so quite difficult/expensive to get around if you don't have a car. No airport shuttle and the Uber to/from same was about $30 each way. Right now, the hotel is housing Ukrainian refugees, which is a wonderful initiative but does impact the guest experience. We found the common areas and pool were often very busy and loud with children playing, and the complementary breakfast was chaotic. When we left it to within 30 minutes of breakfast ending, food offerings were no longer being replenished and we had extremely limited options for nourishment.
