The staff was incredible and made the check-in process very quick. They accommodated our large group and made sure we all had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to staying again.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very comfortable. A decent breakfast. The low rating is over the dust in the building. While surfaces were clean, the vents were visibly covered in dust. After two nights my eyes were very red, swollen and sore. I was unable to sleep because I became so congested. - this cleared up each day after being out of the building. Other people from my group noted the same thing. It is unfortunate as this hotel is four or five star rating in all other ways. Perhaps a good duct and ventilation cleaning could remedy this.
