I enjoyed staying in Victoria. The place is located almost in heart of Toronto. All main attractions are on walking distance, which is perfect for new tourists. The service is perfect and staff is friendly. Thank you for service:))

I had a series of unfortunate events, I think. Elevator was broken and beeped ALL NIGHT. they gave me a room on a lower floor because my bag would have to go down the stairs to check out, but that just added street noise to the beeping (windows not sound proof or blackout). The coffee was basically water, and the sink is too low to fill the kettle / water bottles. Normally not an issue unless the elevator beeps all night! The staff tried their best and the broken elevator happens to th best of businesses, but my night (and next day) was rough.
