This property was okay. The front desk woman named Pella was incredible to deal with whereas the others were limited in conversation skills. The main lobby is quite small and crowded. The dining in the hotel is small and quaint and was almost always empty. Our room was clean. The linens were thin and not overly warm. The beds were comfy. The bathroom was the nicest part of the room with its large soaker tub and walk in shower. The toom was large and boasted large floor to ceiling windows. Due to the hotel being right downtown, it is your load at night, it is situated across from a hospital so there are quite a few sirens to be heard. However the location of this hotel is excellent as it is walking distance to Eaton centre, hockey hall of fame, scotiabank arena and many more attractions.

Front Desk was very helpful, the TV in our room was not working and we were upgraded to a beautiful room, everyone was very helpful and so polite. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks everyone!

It looked nicer on the pictures. Room was newly decorated and had no issues during our stay. Lobby area could use a renovation. There’s no parking at the hotel but you can park across the street for 20 CAD per day.

Happy with our stay
We were very pleased with our stay. The room had some cleanliness issues which they addressed with a free extended check out time and offering of sending someone right away to clean it. The service was prompt and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. All in all it was a very lovely stay.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to St. Michael's Hospital. It was an excellent choice. The hotel itself is well run and great place to stay, both for closeness to the hospital and handy shopping and restaurants. The one thing to consider is that the hotel does not have dedicated parking. We parked at the Eaton Centre, which worked fine but is typical Toronto pricing for parking.
