I booked it while in area, wish I would had driven by it before booking. Older an not that great of a remodeled room. Shower leaks thru wall when showering. Room smells of smoke even tho a non smoking room. Left to go get something to eat and came back to 3 police units on property. Signs in office say remove all items from cars.

Our room was awful. Dingy best way to describe it. Looked like there was some sort of matter splattered on walls, lampshades dirty, bedding was dingy. Couch was so old it was starting to fray. I checked out after being in that room for 15 minutes. Forfeited my money. Felt bad and told clerk we had a family emergency. There was no way I was sleeping in that room.

We booked this partly on strength of the Wyndham name. That was a mistake. The beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and a nice articulated shower head. That's the good stuff. The not-so-good: --Rooms (we used 3 of them) were in somewhat rough condition. Thermostat duct-taped to wall. Scuffed walls and furniture. Remnants of who-knows-what left in walls from the past. Couldn't control the HVAC systems, which had minds of their own. Balky wifi. (More on that below.) --"Breakfast" was not much. Powdered scrambled eggs and some store-bought pastry. No wonder nobody else was eating it either. --Environment not great. Lots of working men staying here, lounging in groups around open doorways, drinking/smoking/laughing loudly into the night. They were nice guys, but this is not a place for families. --Wifi in first room just couldn't connect. Front desk guy said bring your computer to me. Wifi worked in lobby, so problem fixed, he said. Not when returned to dead-spot room. After multiple trips to front desk we asked for a different room. Wifi was balky there too but worked enough to check email. --Strange attitude about customer service. Front desk guy a/k/a IT guy interrupted our help session when another employee walked up and said, "before you do that, help me move some furniture." Both employees walked away, leaving me standing there. This was an hour into the wifi conversations. We paid about $100/room/night. Not worth it.
