Location is literally across road from airport so not too much going on outside if you want a restaurant or shopping, you’ll need to cab into beach walk Kuta . But for a quick hotel before a flight to bridge the gap or on landing it’s perfect. The spa at the hotel is actually quite nice The rooms are fine and neat The carpet in the main hallways is average at best and looks a bit dirty but once your in your room it’s fine. Location PRIMO to airport. You could actually walk to the airport, but why when it’s less than a 4 min drive ! Does the job , would stay again to bridge the gap between our resort check out and a late night flight

As always I feel welcomed by the staff, who are professional, courteous and friendly. Good food within the resort. Australian people can learn about what good service is from this stay. You actually feel like you've on holiday. Not some stingey money grab from a grubby industrial area.

Super helpful for an early flight. Love that they had a shuttle company they work with to get us there in the morning. Room was standard, restaurant was okay.

Location to airport was great. Inconvenient not being able tp pay for spa treatments with credit card instead I had to line up at the check in counter for 20 minutes to pay for my service at the spa. They have potable machines to pay fot drinks at the pool, they should have the same for the spa. Room was always hot because everytime you left, the power/aircon would turn off because you take the key card. Providing 2 keycards would fix this problem.
