Loved Alan at the front desk! The breakfast area was clean and organized; the staff was very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located, with restaurants, golf, and shopping all within reach.

It is the best place we have stayed in Tucson, where we often go to visit family. One bad thing was that our room was not cleaned after being away all day. In the evening, though it took a few hours, clean towels were delivered to our room.

Overall, our stay was great. Nothing the hotel can do about this but others should be aware… We were parked by Gate 4 and we believe it was homeless people fighting in the ditch tunnel right near our car. It was awful and scared our kids quite a bit. They didn’t feel safe. My husband and I talked with them but it was pretty bad to listen to.

Wonderful large room providing comfort and everything we needed. Alan at the front desk is very kind and caring. He even texted us to see if there was anything we needed! Great location and a warm cookie at check in!!! If we come back to Tucson, this is definitely where we will stay!!
