It took us less than 30 minutes from check in to when we checked out. The room was dirty, shower rod was broken, and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Worst part was how uncomfortable to bed was. Even though we barely stepped foot in our room we were denied any kind of reimbursement from Lukus. Will never go back.

When I arrived at the property I was greeted with a smile and great hospitality. Destiny, Helped us throughout our stay going above and beyond her duties. She turned our stay into a five star experience.The other staff members were good. There was only one gentleman on Saturday that wasn't inviting. My room was clean and the custodial staff was friendly as well. I would book this hotel the next time I visit Tulsa.
