Remove this place from Hotels.com!!!!
A hotel that should be removed from hotels.com website!!!! The reception doesn't speak much english. No communication on cleaning schedule, there were no clean bathroom towels available and had to wait another day for them to come back from laundry. The sliding doors are falling apart, we were worried that the glass was going to fall out. The noise in the evening was not managed after several complaints to security. People were using the hot tub at 3/4am and partying. The noise was so bad that we checked out 3 days early to go elsewhere. When we asked for a refund from the hotel they denied any noise complaints. Absolutely no care from the management for people's stay......The area surrounding the hotel is littered with garbage (beyond belief) and pothole filled roads that could swallow an entire car. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! they don't care about the quality of your stay....

La estancia estuvo muy bien, ágil el checkout, Andrea que estaba en recepción es muy amable y atenta. La habitación igual muy bien y limpia, solo y como recomendación prestar atención a las instalaciones de las áreas comunes necesitan mucho mantenimiento de pintura y la alberca necesita limpieza y mantenimiento
