I think the staff and the hot bath were literally all I was able to add any stars too. The two people at the front desk were super sweet the first at night was really sweet and pretty and the one leaving in the morning with red hair as well. I didn't have a smoke detector in my room. There wasn't breakfast like it said on the booking site. They didn't look anything like the photos it was not very clean. The bed really made my back hurt. I really didn't like having to pay a $200 deposit for no reason. I'm still waiting to get back my money. It's been 24 hours still not in my account. I think it's a shady place. Shady area and really not very clean or safe. Also no elevators or wifi. You better have $200 on a debit or credit cuz they won't accept cash. Also be prepared to not have clean fresh crisp towels. They don't vacuum the rooms they had brown scum around the faucet of tub. I understand it's hard times and there's no respect nowadays and people stealing linens and doing criminal things is unacceptable. It makes harder funding available for the overall. I just makes it hard to have the best for guests deserving of the amenities. I walked in the place smelling like sewage and I was unable to get a refund. I am not very happy. I think you need to provide at the very least comfort for guests paying money for your service. Not being honest about the breakfast in the morning and not allowing me to pay $200 in cash . I had to drive across town at night to go put the cash on card.

Worst hotel
The door of room assigned can't be opened. After wasting some time, got another room which had no bathroom or coffee supplies. Front desk said the person with keys to supply room was in ER. Vending machine was all empty. I had to venture out in late night to buy bottled water from a gas station. The included breakfast was never provided for our entire stay. No room cleaning and no supply replenished. Swimming pool was out order. Wifi was too weak to be usable. Floor was dirty and carpet was really old. I saw some pieces of dog food on the carpet in my room. They said they were in the process of changing "management", no one was taking care of anything.

This was by far one of the most disgusting motels I've ever seen. The entire facility is dirty. The room was supposed to clean - I must have different expectations of what clean means. I took pictures because I knew I was going to leave a review. The front desk staff was nice. I will say that at least.

Wyndham sucks.
When they say 3 p.m. check in, they mean it. No one at the desk until 2:55 p.m. Two maids were available but unable to help. Paid slightly more to get lower floor room. Was issued 2nd floor room. Clerk corrected when I complained. No towels no soap no shampoo in room. Went to desk & was handed some. Cleanliness of the room pretty good. Refrigerator worked. No coffee available in lobby but eventually found out how to use room coffee maker (no directions). No breakfast foods put out during most of listed time but as we were walking to our car at 10 a.m., it was available. After having many poor Wyndham experiences last year, I said "never again." Why I broke my promise to myself, I don't know.
