Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Small rooms, no furniture just a bed. No tv and a shared kitchen that didnt have running water. We were one of two rooms that were the only ones being used and when our ride was late showing up we were locked out,in the cold and could not use the common areas which are generally left open. We were repeatedly asked to pay extra or pay a depisit for a variety of things and when the deposit was returned we were tood that theres a $5 service fee that was deducted. Bed frame wss falling apart and very uncomfortable. Freqyently told that other guests are complqining about rediculous things like the smell of our food cooking and even that they could smell our dog. Funny sincethere werent any othr guests nevermind any that were close to our room. Best rhing avout this place ws rhe resident parrot who took a likinh ro me amd
