Great place but had some challenges due to some needed repairs.
Very good location in the heart of the city. Communication with the host was very helpful prior to the visit and was much appreciated. There was often loud excitement due to the hockey and performance center across the street, but things quieted down each evening. We are three "mature" adults and found the two large bedrooms comfortable. (third bedroom is a child's bunk bed.) The furniture in the common area only accommodates four people and we found it uncomfortable. Kitchen was well stocked but more drinking gasses are needed. The security system is a bit complex but we adapted. Getting to/from the garage is tricky so we were happy to leave our vehicle there during our stay. Several of the remotes (Fan,Thermostate, and AC) needed batteries. We were unable to use the television and some of the bathroom outlets did not work.

Perfect Vancouver Location!
This property was absolutely perfect for our 4 days in the city. When it mentions proximity to Rogers arena, they are not exaggerating... it is *directly* across the street. We caught a Canucks game and it was so convenient. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. Our family of 4 had plenty of space to relax and enjoy the amazing views. The host was great about quickly communicating if we had any questions. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this location for 4 nights and it was a good location. Walking distance to Gastown, to the water taxis and the sky train. The host is great. He sent us information with what to see and great little places to eat near by. He also reached out to make sure we got in ok, which was a welcomed touch.

Nice place, but noisy
Nice downtown area. But, when the description says "close to public transportation", it doesn't mention that the train and freeway are right across the street at eye level, and the apartment has the train and car noise day and night. The inside pictures were a little deceptive, as we rented this apartment because the living room area had enough room for four adults to sit; but, in reality, one of the sofas was not there, so one adult had to sit in a hard kitchen chair, which are also not as pictured. The stove and oven did not work at all. Otherwise, the apartment was well equipped. Overall, we had a good stay, but would not stay again because of the constant loud train noise.

Safe and convenient location. Nice host!
The owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. He sent us many messages before our trip regarding the check-in process and our visit to the area. The most beautiful thing that happened to us was that we left an Apple Watch after we checked out, and the owner called us immediately and sent it to my home in the U.S. Thank You, Ryan!
