This beautifully styled one-bedroom condo on the five floor offers views of Vancouver City and Rogers Arena. It has 635 square feet of interior space.

Inside, you’ll find a bright living room and full kitchen, a Solarium with a comfortable chair and coffee table, an equipped workplace in the office, a cozy stylized bedroom with blackout blinds for sleeping, a wall-mounted TV, and a bathroom.

Guests have High-Speed Telus fibre optic internet throughout the suite, boosters in the bedroom and the living room, two 55" TVs with Netflix, and a smart speaker Alexa. I have a portable air conditioner and two fans prepared for the hot season. The central heating works in winter, and I also have several heaters.

SLEEPING (up to 4 people)
The sleeping arrangements, which can accommodate up to 4 people, include a queen-size bed and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room.

SELF CHECK-IN
When guests arrive, they must buzz to open the front door and unlock the elevator. The unit door opens with an individual access code for my smart lock.

Guests have complete access to the entire unit, as well as building amenities, including a 25-meter indoor pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, courtyard with garden and pond, and a gated parking spot for one vehicle.

My unit has a front door camera for security purposes. It is inside the unit, faces only the front entrance, and is non-motorized (i.e., it doesn’t move). Due to strata bylaws, I cannot place any camera outside to film the hallways. The camera does not record sound; videos are only recorded if problems occur. There are NO other cameras inside the property.
I understand this may bother you, and I'm happy to provide a screenshot of the camera's filming area.

We liked at it was close enough to walk to the BC Stadium as we were there to watch a soccer match and the owner was very quick to respond to our messages. However, the place has a funny smell and was not really clean. The bathroom door does not lock and the bathroom fan makes loud noises.

Condo and location were great. A great place to work from home for multiple people with the office and front sun room. The condo is 90 seconds from the skytrain and close to many restaurants, grocery, and drug store. The sun room was great!!

Enjoyed our stay
Nice place. Well stocked kitchen and bath. A new shower head would be nice as the one there is quite powerfull. We picked the location for it's proximity to Rogers Arena and Gas Town. Some of the area near by is a bit sketchy but nothing new for us as we are from the Seattle area. We would definitely stay here again.
