The property was fine. Only in for one night for concert. Only issue is we paid for king size bed and got two twins.

Our room was not cleaned when we checked in, had to switch rooms and fight to get a refund for that night. Although the room view was amazing, the floors were filthy and the bathroom was dirty. The staff was great with the exception of the manager that didn’t even take the time to apologize for the concerns leaving her staff to offer me a $25 Panera gift card which I declined and with the staffs help got my first night credited back. Sad a manager can’t take a minute to offer an apology and do the right thing for their guest.

We usually stay at the major chai. Hotels, however this was the most enjoyable stay. The staff was incredible---the desk personnel, the room staff and even the groundskeeper were so friendly. We had a couple of requests which were seen to immediaty. There was a nice dock area and pool on the water to watch boats go by or watch the pelicans fly by and we also had a balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool and hot tub were nice. The room was clean.The staff here is amazing and super friendly. The only negative is the mattress needs replaced. It was sleepable but barely. Other than that this property is very nice.

Eartha at the front desk was so sweet, nice, thorough, and helpful. She was such a nice way to be welcomed to Hutchinson Island. The room was clean and the bath products were nice. Lovely view from the hotel room balcony!
