We were under the impression that the casino was part of the hotel which is not correct. Casino was across the road and had to be driven to.

The hotel is not connected to the Casino. They do not have a shuttle.No early check in.Hotel is outdated. They do not do anything to make it convienent. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Annoying stay!
At checkin, an employee and desk clerk were talking while I waited. Never even told me one minute, please! Then we had to get three sets of keys to get into our room!

Good, but could be better
Excellent service, however the room could’ve been a little cleaner. It looked like they only vacuumed, and changed the sheets and towels. The bathroom floor had hair all over. When I told the front desk, they were happy to change us to another room, but it wasn’t much better. There were toothpaste splatters on the faucet and mirror, no trash bags in any of the cans. The shower curtain would not stay on the rings, no soap or shampoo in the dispensers. Shower faucet was very difficult to turn on, and the toilet would not stop running. Tables and counters needed to be wiped down. Also a lot of the furniture needs to be replaced as it is starting to fall apart. The bed was very comfy, and our room had an excellent view of the river. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was disgusting there was something smeared all o we one of the chairs and the floor took a wash rag and wipes it down as I was traveling with 3 kids the white towel was brown after everything was said and done. Thankfully I always have Clorox wipes and had to wipe the entire room down. Looked like it had T been wiped down in a while . Left feeling gross and dirty will never stay here again

The floor was not vacuuming all the way and no soap in the shower area or shampoo. I’ve been standing there for the last 11 or 12 years Great location for me to visit my family but I been staying there for 3 to 5 days at a time and they won’t clean your room until you check out and this is the first time in a long time they didn’t have a resort fee they charge you and there’s nothing that you can see. The resort fee is four on this visit the safe was not working. They didn’t state that I had to request towels every day. It’s a nightmare you pay all this money and no service. And I understood it during the pandemic that you wasn’t getting certain services but it’s over now.

Checked into the room with my family and immediately noticed how filthy the elevator and lobby area of our floor were and was startled. Once we entered the room, we noticed the one bed was sagging to the left, and the other bed you could see spring marks showing through the sheets as there was no cushion or padding left. I would not have been able to get out of the bed. The phone has original crude and dirt on it from Vietnam era as it was never cleaned, ever as it appeared. The floor in the bathroom was filthy. When I when down to the desk after 15 minutes I was told they had to go check the room and after everything I said, one person said “the tv was working for me”. As if to suggest the room was ok now because “the tv works” forgetting the major issues of livability as it pertains to overall filth and the broken beds. I was told a refund would be processed but they couldn't do it then but the manager could. I have called and messaged for days to no avail. I am hung up, placed on hold, and hung up on again, time after time. Worst experience by far in my adult life after staying in hundreds of hotel rooms. Penn gaming should unload this site as it's a liability in more ways than one.

Was disappointed bc thought is was part of the casino and felt mislead that it wasn't connected. We were caught up looking at the hotel pictures whiched looked great, guess we shoult have read the fine print bc to get to the casino you must drive unless you feel like taking a hike down and back up a river bank.
