Best value stay in Victoria
You get more than you pay for: it’s a quirky, quiet boutique in that has the best location. The lamp shades and beds might need replacing, but everything is clean and comfortable at a price you can’t beat.

Excellent in all ways but one.
It’s in an excellent location and the rooms were spacious and clean but it sits above two bars and it’s LOUD at night until the bars close. If you’re a light sleeper this isn’t the hotel for you. We were on the third floor.

It's a really old hotel, quite different than the modern ones. The location is quite convenient for tourists, if you don't have a car. You can find everything in walking distance.

Lovely location, great prices but far too loud to sleep soundly if your room faces government st., there’s a bar pounding club music into the night then 4 am street cleaners then 6am non stop delivery trucks to the mall. Staff were lovely the facilities were otherwise great, neat old building.

The hotel was ok and the room was spacious and quite but the shower was cold with barely any hot water and the tub was dirty and the worst part was the Asian guy working at the front desk as he was extremely rude and unhelpful, interupive and disrespectful, other than that it was ok
