Lovely lower level suite in a sublime location.
While we had a bit of a struggle getting in, it was incidental to the stay, and we very much liked staying for our victoria weekend in this lovely apartment in a gorgeous neighbourhood with delightful mature oak trees.

U of Vic tour
The apartment is conveniently close to UVic. It was basically brand new, very clean and in a lovely neighborhood. We had a small hiccup in checking in as we didn’t receive the code but we were able to get assistance very quickly so no big deal.

A Lovely Stay!
The property was clean, comfortable, well kept, and had everything we needed. The bedding was very comfortable and the perfectly made beds were so welcoming after a long day of travel. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. This property is in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood, and it was an easy drive to downtown and everywhere else we needed to go. Our family enjoyed a very lovely stay!

This home made the perfect home base for us during our visit. It's in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but near restaurants and shops. And has everything we needed.

Nice, Clean Property
The apartment was clean and in a great location close to the University. Communication with the host was a little slow at some points. A notebook with some helpful information that’s not included in the listing like the wifi password, check-out instructions, etc would be really helpful to limit host communications. This is a basement apartment with occupants upstairs so there is noise from people/animals

New Building & well maintained
The place is a new construction & though its a basement its got large windows on one side with so much light pouring in that i forgot its a basement. all the appliances and fixtures are brand new so its a pleasure staying. I was lazy not to follow up on check in instructions hence i had a last min check in delay but i am sure its no issue if you contact the owner couple of day before and the the instructions for check in and wifi before you reach.
