We were happy with the cleanliness of our rooms but the tub needs replaced because it had cracks and chipped edges. The blowdryer in the bathroom did not work for more than 5 seconds. We had no hot water just lukewarm water to take a shower in. The dinning room 's waffle maker needed to be replaced because it had not been maintained properly due to organic buildup in it causing to need a lot of oil to prevent your waffle from sticking to it. To make matters worse, I received a phone call asking me if I wanted to stay for another night not realizing when zi said "no" I was getting kicked out earlier than expected. When i first arrived, I asked about whether or not it was okay to check in early and I told the lady when I plan on checking out and she requested for my card and charged it the total amount for a day earlier than I mentioned. My point is, the staff needs to be clear with their communication with both the guests and each other because no one likes unnecessary surprises.

I would recommend this hotel- very clean and the employee that checked us in was very welcoming and very informative. Not a complaint but my only suggestion would be that housekeeping wait until we have checked out or check out time, before knocking on the door.

Midway to Grand Canyon
Amenities were unexpectedly comprehensive. Complimentary breakfast was very satisfying and welcome. All service completed with a smile. The room and bed were extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there again when the opportunity arises.
