"We had a wonderful experience at the hotel - breakfast was superb, service was sterling (especially reception staff), rooms were large and luxury. Spa is small but boasts selection of saunas (dry, non-dry, hammam) and medium mineral hydromassage pool. It also has selection of herbal cold teas and mineral water. The only this is that a few showers didn’t work properly - this needs to be addressed. The hotel is located opposite the Vichy water sources so you can visit drinking taps in the morning and choose one of the 5 taps of local mineral water to drink. Everything exceeded my expectations, thank you for this wonderful time."

"Booked as a stopover we were really happy to stay at The Originals Boutique - exceeded our expectations. Spacious, airy rooms, good bed and shower, very quiet. Even had a garage for the motorbikes (5 euros extra). Perfect location - square, park and river. We had a great evening in Vichy"
