Peaceful stay on the river
I stayed for two nights. The bed was comfy and the communication with the host was great. It's very close to the street, but it still feels like you are off in the woods.

Peaceful
To sit by the fire and hear the River running Is absolutely the peace I was looking for. More like camping but with a roof over your head.

The relaxing trip we needed
We stayed memorial weekend and it was a very peaceful weekend. Had an awesome fire already made when we arrived and plenty of wood for the whole stay. The dogs were able to explore the river and it was just a restful stay. Definitely will stay again.

Beautiful River view
Eric is a gracious host. The entire booking and checking in process was very simple. Eric was awesome about giving me a wide variety of hiking areas with directions. I do choose one oh his recommendations. The best part a ready made fire pit! Would recommend and planning to return.

Couldn't get there, couldn't reach out
I was unable to contact the property owner, as I was deep in the woods and got a different offer to stay. As this happened while VRBO changed to the one-key system, attempts to install and activate the app led to a discharged cell phone and no desire to follow up. I apologize to the owner for not being able to notify anyone, but the short lead time to my trip may have broken normal communications.

Quiet stay
Eric was great and very helpful with anything that came up. Wifi was a bit spotty and facilities are under construction, but the tiny cabin/hut was warm and and the bed comfy. The location by the river was lovely and I had some lovely evenings at the campfire after hiking about in the area.

It was a very nice getaway from it all out in nature kind of place with a wonderful host. There was even a small river within a Stonesthrow of the cabin, which made it very nice to listen to.

Cozy cabin to stay after a big hike
Eric's cabin in Warren is a beautiful little spot with a rustic feel. Eric is a great host, and there's a lovely fire pit right outside the door. It's just what we needed after a big day of hiking in the White Mountains. Quite basic, as the listing makes clear, but a good alternative to a campground.
