The staff & convenient location in walkable distances to my destinations were the highlight of this stay. I also liked the tall side table in the room that allowed me to have a "standing" desk option for an eveing zoom call. My rating lowered because of the traffic sounds late/early in the days that impacted my sleep. The staff kindly moved me from the 3rd to 7th floor, which was beneficial.

I give 4 star because the beds are really small but other than that the breakfast is really good and the staff very friendly close to the convention center White House is 20 minutes walking the Smithsonian museum is also 20 minutes walking they have an agreement with a parking that is like 5 minutes walking.

Poor Room Layout
Great location, and bed was comfortable. Biggest concern was the layout of the room. There was no room to walk around the bed with the amount of furniture in the room. Looks like it was a converted storage room. very uncomfortable anytime you weren't laying on the bed. Lots of wasted room that was a hallway.

Stayed here for a volleyball tournament in DC. The hotel is old but clean, safe and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When we checked in, there was a group of people also checking in and Nashara did an awesome job handling the situation! The next morning we checked to see if we were ok bc the housekeeper came to our door and we told her we were here until Monday. When we came to the desk, Darryl was able to fix the situation. It’s people like them on your staff that make a stay at your hotel a great experience! Thank you Nashara and Darryl!
