Great value for money. This was only place I could find in downtown DC that was at all affordable and an actual hotel (rather than some shady co-op apartment building without service). It's clean, centrally located, and quiet, and front desk staff were helpful and courteous. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. If you're looking for a boutique experience and concierge service, then this is not the hotel for you. But then you need to be willing to pay 3-4 times the price of this hotel as well. If you're looking for a nice place to stay at a good rate, don't hesitate to book this place.

Staff was nice. Rooms were clean but the sheets and blankets were so stiff and smelled strongly like bleach/chlorine. Only one key card of the 2 we were given worked. And the door to our room was very finicky.
