This is our second stay at this hotel. The last time we came there was a comicon gathering right across the street that kept us up very late - live bands. Foolishly we decided to give them another chance. This time, we have a party in the room next door. Complaints to the front desk have done nothing to quell it. Security knocks on the door and they just refuse to answer the door. My advice - find a different place to stay.

Worst check in experience
Terrible check in experience when arriving as it was the shift change and the replacement was not well trained to deal with credit card payments. The front desk attendant did not quite understand how the different terminals worked and insisted that cards were not working, until they were entered manually. The line to check in extended to the main door.

The house keepers didn’t refill the soap shampoo or other toiletries. We had to purchase our own because housekeeping was gone for the day. A/C didn’t work good and the mini fridge was hot. Didn’t keep things cold. There’s no microwave in the room so you had to go downstairs to the lobby to warm your food. That was a major inconvenience
