The property was gorgeous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to many different types of restaurant and bars. The only issue I had was with the bathroom, our bathroom door would not shut (and we were sharing a room with friends) and the shower would not drain properly. Otherwise, everything was great.

Outstanding experience.
Lovely place with a fantastic restaurant and wait staff, namely Saiid and Lee. Everyone at the hotel front desk, especially Don, went out of their way to be accommodating. That includes Alex in housekeeping. We're looking forward to returning on our next trip to DC.

I have to come to the District often. I almost always stay at the Darcy because the staff is always welcoming and helpful. It is centrally located to the downtown area and very convenient. The rates are also very competitive. Try it, I think you’ll like it. Try the restaurant, too. Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food!
