The hotel receptionist are not helpful to their guests. Maybe a bit too formal to make guests uncomfortable. They pretend to follow protocol then violet them to their benefit. I wanted to move to a different hotel because they lied about swimming pool during online reservation. we wanted a hotel with swimming pool. Instead of not checking in after knowing that we still stayed one night to save them a day charge but the hotel manager broke their promise not returning my second day charge after 2 months wait. so we paid $750 for one night without a swimming pool experience for my kids. This is not the American Hyatt service we expected. Liers and greedy with a face of high standards.
