Our stay was great the staff were smiley and friendly which is always a good thing they also said they would be looking into making some rooms dog friendly if so we would book for longer

Great Hotel
This is the best hotel in western super mare. B the manger is brilliant helpful friendly we booked in I am on crutches they change my room straight away all the staff are 1st class very professional they were serving food I wearing white gloves .Very nice to see the hotel have good standards we will definitely be back

So easy to book. The Hotel was in a prime position. The room with shower and tea/coffee facilities was good. Breakfast was superb and plentiful. Lovely staff with good humour. Loved it there and would go again.

Very good value for money. Very clean, easy check in. Very close to everything, car park only a 1 minute walk away. Staff very helpful and friendly The breakfast was absolutely perfect. Set us up perfectly for the day.

The hotel it's self was lovely ,lovely room ,lovely sea views but the cooked breakfast was not to our standards ,but this will not stop us from returning . Overall a great value for money
