GREAT STAFF, VERY FRIENDLY, WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!
I chose this hotel to attend a hockey game at WesBanco Arena, also because I wanted a pool, hot tub & breakfast. Upon arrival & all during our stay the staff was one of the friendliest I've ever dealt with (even though they knew we were for the opposing team - LOL). We were pleasantly surprised to find that they had free shuttle service to/from the arena. The breakfast was hot & fresh. We were very surprised at their pool as it had a rain shower to the entrance of the pool itself; that was really cool to see. The hot tub was great, the steam room had a eucalyptus scent added to the steam as well. We only had 2 very minor issues, 1st was that there was no safe in the room, 2nd was that the outdoor hot tub jets were not working, but again, these were minor issues. I would definitely stay here again & every time I come here. I can't begin to describe how friendly & accommodating the staff was. I've stayed in some very "posh" hotels before & never had staff this friendly.

You do not get what you pay for
Hotel did not have the room we booked and paid for. Reached out to customer service and everyone blamed everyone for the confusion for 3 hours. We had to pack our family up and find and pay for a different hotel that had a big enough room to accommodate our family size.
