I have stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been great… until it wasn’t. I woke up and had no hot water. Front desk said they were working on it but no time frame. I had to leave at 11am without a shower. The hotel absolutely refused to refund my money. “You stayed, you pay” is pretty much what they told me. Doesn’t matter that you don’t have hot water.
I am a club member and usually book thru their website but Hotels.com has a much lower rate this time. It was only because of them that I got anything back. Cheers to hotels.com - jeers to Residence Inn. Guess I’ll stay elsewhere from now on.
