Not a great place to stay
We arrived to a pleasant receptionist. There was an unpleasant smell of marijuana throughout the first floor hallway. We found ants on our bedroom floor and bathroom toilet. The key cards didn't work to get into the pool (for any of the overnight guests). The pool had an oily film and there were no towels for guests. I mentioned this to the front desk, and it took over an hour till they were delivered. Our sleep was restless due to the drunken people parading through the hallway all night. And yet more hidden fees from the Woodlands and Hotels.com appearing on our credit card over a week after booking/paying and days after our stay.

Our room was right next to the main lobby. It was loud and difficult to sleep. The front desk allowed a ton of people in the lobby and they were loud until after midnight. Front desk didn’t say anything. The toilet was leaking and running in our room.

Decent enough, site is not very handicap accessible. They have rooms that you can get to, but very limited of you can't do steps can't use any amenities
