I had mosquitos bites when I woke up& the shower didnā€™t work properly. Also the maid didnā€™t leave washcloths, had to tell her to give me some. You should also look into getting a shuttle bus. The dining options were excellent.

Horrible experience. I arrived at 3pm and didnā€™t receive a room 8:30pm which didnā€™t have air conditioning. Then at 9pm I finally received a room on a floor that had construction going on all week. I woke up to hammering early every morning in the room next door and the room above me. There was a lot of unpleasant staff. Many didnā€™t speak after being politely spoken to. My room phone didnā€™t work. Spotted a Rat at the BBQ restaurant. It was just problem after problem. I would never visit this resort again.
