There is a mall Nextdoor to Best Western which is the Hanes Mall. The desk clerk did give me directions to walk there as I had taken an Uber to the hotel from the airport and I needed to get a meal. The path over to the mall was a bit risky being on foot due to traffic. This was really my only issues. The breakfasts were very tasty and enjoyable at the Best Western Plus Hanes Hotel. The walk to the mall was my only issue.

Upon arrival the system was down for check in and had to wait. Elevator was very slow and 1 was out of service. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. Hotel overall was pretty clean. Very noisy at hotel. Not much sleep at all for the travel home the next day.

I paid for a room with jetted tub.Tub not working and black mold on jets.I spoke with staff and said that since I booked with a third party I couldn’t get a refund or discount on the room.They offered to change rooms but I was already settled and opted not to use jetted tub.
