This 90 year old brick beauty has been well maintained and loved! Step onto the large wraparound porch to instantly feel at home. Walking distance from Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum, enjoy all of the action without the pain of parking! The large master bedroom boasts a comfy King bed, all linens provided, while the second bedroom contains twin beds, perfect for singles or children. There is a shared bathroom between the bedrooms with plenty of linen and extras, a separate dining room, and large living room with a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for entertaining with all you need to enjoy a nice dinner. Step onto the back porch to enjoy a private, peaceful back yard with a fire pit. Football Weekend
House was very convenient to Wake Forest, football game and downtown and met our needs. Neighborhood was quiet. Homeowner was very responsive when an issue arose. Candles were a nice touch.

Quaint and Comfortable!
My family and I enjoyed a very nice long stay at this Greenway bungalow! It’s in a quiet older neighborhood with easy access to both old downtown and newer areas of the city. There are amazingly comfortable beds, nice fresh linens and towels! I very much recommend this home away from home!

This property was good for a quick weekend stay but another reviewer said it perfectly when he described it as underwhelming. It was very basic and seemed a little bare. There were very little things in the kitchen and no little extras in the bathroom. And please, for the love of god, GET A MICROWAVE.

Decent home
House was comfortable although needed many repairs and updates. The neighborhood was loud at night but not awful. The driveway to parking space behind the home was uphill and very narrow, it was difficult to get out Silverado though so we parked on the street after the first night.
