Great hotel
Great hotel, ideal location. Big spotlessly clean rooms. Friendly staff, ample parking. Probably one of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel.

Convenient for hops into York Centre
Decent value for money but refurb is looking a little dated and requiring maintenance. Excellent Breakfasts with veggie and vegan options. Hankdy for the Racecourse and York Uni visits.

The hotel menu is good, with a decent selection of food and variety. However the fried fish was greasy with too much batter. The breakfast menu is excellent with a good variety of both hot and cold food, and beverages. Our room was clean and comfortable, but was spoiled somewhat by some poorly maintained fittings which were suffering from wear.

Great hotel in a superb location. Ideal for exploring York and other local areas. Temp in the room was a little up and down but other than that a great stay with brilliant service.

Anniversary stay.
Lovely and clean hotel. Staff really pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic and plenty of choice. Would of loved it to be a little closer to town but that was my fault. But fantastic for the race course and i will be using it when i go there.
