Private, comfortable, natural holiday home in the South Eifel Nature Park, free-standing with terrace, garden furniture. The house is very child-friendly. The house is located in the idyllic Enztal in the Neuerburger Land, directly on the Enztalradweg and in the immediate vicinity of numerous hiking trails.

The holiday home, which was completely renovated in 2013 and significantly expanded in 2016, is ideal for a vacation with the family or friends, as the living space is divided into four living areas. Thus, all guests enjoy a cozy privacy on the one hand and on the other hand can still arrange to do things together.

The house consists of the main house, side wing, mansard and the guest lounge. There are a total of nine bedrooms with various sleeping options available throughout the holiday home. You will also find 4 kitchen areas, 3 living areas, 5 bathrooms as well as a large dining area and a very large guest area with seating for all of your guests.

In the holiday home, all kinds of social events, family celebrations, weddings, baptisms, birthdays, communion and business trips are possible as well as individual relaxing holidays with the family or for travel groups.

Since the holiday home is located near two other holiday homes, the volume of the time should adjust in the evening and from 11 p.m. there should be a good night's rest outside. We look forward to friendly, funny and sociable guests who want to meet in our house to spend time together. Under no circumstances, however, should it affect our home and our neighbors. This holiday home offers a practical and affordable opportunity for family holidays with friends. In holiday homes you and your friends live under one roof, but at the same time you have enough time for yourself. Renting the entire holiday home by several parties can make your holiday much cheaper than, for example, a comparable holiday in a hotel.

Our house is cozy and comfortably furnished and offers everything you can expect from a good apartment. Due to the fact that our holiday home was recently completely renovated and renovated, the equipment is modern. The five bathrooms are modern, the four living areas are comfortably furnished and the four kitchens offer every opportunity to cook to your heart's content.

On the outside of the house there are several terraces where you can eat outdoors or enjoy the pure natural air. Garden furniture is of course available for this. On the one hand there is a terrace at ground level to the ground floor of the main house and side wing, on the other hand there is also a partially covered terrace in front of the attic, which results from the location on the slope. There is a large brick barbecue at your disposal. There are also private parking spaces around the house.

The great Aqua-Fun leisure and adventure pool in Neuerburg is only 2 km away - easy to reach on the former railway line by bike, scooter or on foot. Shopping opportunities arise within three kilometers.

Since the holiday home is located in the heart of the German-Luxembourg Nature Park and in the South Eifel Nature Park, there is a lot to discover. The Neuerburger Land determines the landscape of the holiday region with large forest areas and deeply carved valleys. Cycle paths invite you to take a trip into nature. Many bike-friendly hosts are waiting for your visit. Furthermore, the Eifel offers many game parks and zoos as well as swimming pools and lakes. There are many opportunities for young and old in the Eifel recreation area, regardless of whether you want to spend an eventful or relaxing holiday in the low mountain range.
