The kids absolutely loved the indoor swimming pool which is perfect for this time of year. The breakfast was great! The room is nice with a wonderful L shaped comfy couch. Would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms were very dated. They need to be upgraded. The couch bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. It was hard to find seating at breakfast. The rooms weren’t insulated very week and it was very noisy.

Not impressed with this property. Staff was not very nice in general. Our room had old, frayed carpet and was not as clean as it should have been. House keeping came once and did not leave coffee, cups, enough towels or toilet paper. We had to ration our roll. Geez. We stay at Embassy Suites because you can expect it to be the same good experience all the time. Not luxury but consistent. Not this time.

The first room we stayed in was dirty and the sliding door was broken and allowed noise from the road in all night and made it hard to sleep. We switched rooms the next morning to the other side of the hotel. Both bathrooms were disgusting! Rusted fixtures, peeling wallpaper, filthy showers and not nearly as big as pictured. Not room for more than one person to be in there at a time (does not allow much room to get ready). You cannot control the temperature of your room and we never had a comfortable night sleep. We requested fans, but the front desk never brought them up. The next night we had to go down and physically pick them up ourselves. The pool was so cold you cannot swim in it. The hot tub was only warm. Real disappointment to our granddaughter who just wanted to swim, but couldn’t because of the temperature. Breakfast was okay, but it was the same thing everyday and they stopped serving it so early half the time we had to go out to breakfast, adding more expense to our trip. You paid $20 a night to park in a parking lot that is in the middle of no where and is shared by a night club. They coned off all the spaces so we couldn’t park. Floors were dirty. Out by the elevators there were false eyelashes and garbage on the floors that were never removed during our 6 night stay. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!
