The room was reasonably clean without any unpleasant odors. So good there. But, the building is tired and in desperate need of repair. In our room alone the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall and one of ours windows was broken. Furniture is old and uncomfortable. The bedroom tv looked like an old computer monitor. The parking lot was full of pot holes and cracks. The Wi-Fi was super slow (about 2-3 mbps), and kept disconnecting. We ended up just tethering to our mobile network. Good thing we have a good data plan. There where no dollies for getting your stuff to your room. Breakfast was horrendous. Hot items where literally served COLD. I think they pulled prep from the fridge and put straight into the warmer, in hopes the warmer would heat the food. Should be brought to 165 degrees before serving. This hotel had a 4.2 rating on the website. I don't know how. I am willing to pay a higher rate for hotel if I am getting certain amenities, but at over $200/night I feel like I have been ripped off. I can't help thinking there were hotels that were cheaper, but with a better quality stay.

It is an older establishment but was adequate. Room was clean. Outside of building area dirty but may be time of year (snow thaw). Breakfast ok. Quiet.
